I forgot my password! How do I reset it?

We all do it on occasion. What was that password again???

No worries. You can reset your password. Just follow the steps below to receive a new password by email.

1) Open the Tailwind app. Obviously you will be logged out since you're looking for your password.

2) Tap "Click Here" beside "Forgot password"

3) Enter your email address and tap "OK"

4) If the email address you entered is the one you used to register with Tailwind, you'll receive an email containing a new password within minutes. You can use the new password to log into the Tailwind app. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder. If you don't receive an email, it may mean that you used a different email address to register, or your email provider has blocked the email.
