How do I delete my account?

Deleting your Tailwind account is very simple to do, and results in ALL of your data being deleted.

Please note that this process is entirely different from simply deleting a Tailwind device from your account. The process below deletes EVERYTHING.

Launch the Tailwind app on your mobile device and log into your account.

If you are on the door control screen, tap the back arrow at the top left corner to get to the Home Screen of the app.

Tap "Settings" at the bottom right corner.

Tap "My Profile"

Tap "Delete Account"
