    I've also tried to reset wifi, but the wizard always loops back to the "plug your device in" screen.

    Last week I installed my first of two tailwind devices, I was impressed, worked great! Yesterday (11/1/2020) I attempted to do the 2nd device - this was during the outage - couldn't get it to work...
