Still having a problem after system restore

Last week I installed my first of two tailwind devices, I was impressed, worked great! Yesterday (11/1/2020) I attempted to do the 2nd device - this was during the outage - couldn't get it to work. Now I can't get either device to work, both are blinking red and the app says "seems the garage door opener is offline" I have unplugged and plugged back in, but I'm not sure what next steps to take.

  Hi Kevin,

  Sorry you're having trouble. If you've previously gotten Tailwind onto your WiFi network, there is no need to press the reset button and do it again. You should be able to unplug the Tailwind controller, wait 5 seconds, plug it back in and it should just go back online by itself after a couple minutes. If it doesn't - if it keeps flashing red please restart your WiFi router and that should fix it.

  I've also tried to reset wifi, but the wizard always loops back to the "plug your device in" screen.
