Apple Shortcut issue after App Update

Hi all,

Almost exclusively, I use my apple watch and Siri to open/close my garage doors - which has worked quite well for long time.  However, after my mobile app was updated last week (or so), my apple shortcuts don't work unless I logout of the Tailwind app and log back in - after doing so it will work for a while (not sure how long, but maybe 24 hours?).

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

  Same issue. App is slow to connect to the opener and short cuts keep timing out. This is a significant regression and is making the opener unusable for me. Please consider rolling back the update.

  I aka have this problem. I just updated my iPhone’s iOS but that didn’t help. Can you fix this so that the Shortcuts integration works again?

  This sounds like a session/authentication issue after the app update. You can try:

  Reinstalling the Tailwind app to refresh the app’s token.

  Ensuring the Shortcuts app has background app refresh and necessary permissions.

  If it persists, contact Tailwind support—they may need to fix token handling in the latest update, as logging out temporarily refreshes the session.
