That's unfortunate. It's the main reason I bought the unit and it had been working nearly perfectly until recently.

"Update Firmware" message persists even after attempting to update
I see the message, I hit "Update" in "Device Settings" and even "Restart Tailwind device". No change. Anyone else seeing this?
