Tailwind update firmware

The tailwind app is telling me that I need to update the firmware. But when I click the update firmware button, it immediately comes back and tells me updated successfully and the app still says update firmware. I’ve restarted both my phone and the unit (through the app) FW version is IQ3/10.28. Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated.
