Chamberlain adaptor question

So I've been using the Tailwind system with a Chamberlain door for over a year now. I had to get the remote adaptor that is listed on Amazon and program that in order for it to work. Recently, my Chamberlain opener died and I had to replace it with a new one. I cannot seem to find the instructions that came with my Chamberlain adaptor and I can't remember how to program the remote to work with my opener. If anyone has a link to the instructions or tell me how to get the remote in programing mode it would be greatly appreciated!
