Auto-close unwanted

Is there an auto-close feature based on timing alone? And can I turn it off? My door keeps trying to close on its own after about 5-10 minutes and no one is coming or going. The garage door has come down on the back of my car twice now when the trunk door was open and I didn't expect the garage door to close. I can't find any such setting to turn it off. I'm not sure if it's malfunctioning entirely or such a setting exists somewhere.

  Hi Jolie,

  So sorry that happened to you! I don't know if you changed any settings recently, but I just checked your account and I can see that you don't have any automatic closing settings turned on other than Night Mode. So if this is happening during the Night Mode period it would make sense (you should get the audible and visual warnings before it attempts to close). If it is happening outside the Night Mode period then you should contact support@gotailwind.com for further assistance.

  Hi, I'm having the same issue. Just recently deleted a vehicle and added one. Should be unrelated but Occam's razor says this is part of the issue. Just can't find anywhere in settings that auto close is turned on and causing a problem
