Is there a way to turn off the super loud beeping emitted by the Tailwind module when the door operates?

  No. It is actually required by law in North America and is outlined in the safety standard UL 325.

  Ok. I'm accustomed to it now anyway. My Liftmaster doesn't do it -- maybe it's so old it was manufactured before that regulation was implemented, LOL
