Tailwind not showing up in iOS Shortcuts app

I watched the video for Siri Shortcuts but when I go to add a shortcut, Tailwind isn’t showing up in the Actions list at all. I am running the iOS 14.3 beta, but that doesn’t seem like it should affect anything considering all my other apps are still showing up. Have you seen this before?

  I tried reinstalling both the Shortcuts and Tailwind apps and actions still don’t show up. It is working as expected on my wife’s phone so maybe it does have something to do with the beta.

  I am experiencing the same issue as Scott. I type in Tailwind but there is nothing to choose. There are a few choices up to "Tail" but as soon as I enter "Tailw" all the choices disappear. Running ios 14.3

  We still have not been able to reproduce this even on iOS 14.3. Here's a screenshot from my iPhone 11 running iOS 14.3. I took it just now in the Shortcuts app.

  We will keep trying to figure out why Shortcuts would not display the Tailwind shortcuts in your phones.

  Do I need an active Tailwind opener to be able to get the Shortcuts; it doesn't seem like that would be necessary. I have not yet installed the opener, just planning ahead. I've attached a couple of screenshots. The first screenshot show what I see when I enter "Tail"; the second screenshot shows what I see when I enter "Tailw".

  Hi Ken. You need the Tailwind app installed on your phone and you have to at least have it configured to access / control 1 door. Otherwise there are no shortcuts. Only the available options will show up, so you can't "open garage door 1" if there is no garage door 1, so nothing will show up until the app is installed and a device is configured. Once you do that, whatever doors / devices you configured in the app should be there.

  Thanks Scott. Now that I have my opener installed, I was able to find the Shortcuts and get them on mine and my wife’s phones. Works great. This whole system is so much better than the Insignia opener we tried and then returned.
