App not working?
app just times out and doesn't log in. Also states no internet connection despite the fact that the light on the device is still green and my internet is fine. Tried restarting the device but the app can't connect with it. I then logged out but can't log back in. Please help?

Yes I was about to post and we are updating the support site right now. The service was just interrupted a few minutes ago and we are on it.
