    Jonathan,

    Please ping us at support@gotailwind.com to generate a support ticket and let me know what email address you used to register your Tailwind system. I can help you get it working. Not really sure what's going on at the moment based on what you've reported. It actually almost sounds like the reset button is stuck down somehow.

    New Router, trying to update WiFi settings, get as far as entering the SSID and password but then the tailwind box just sits there and cycles through red, green and blue lights. Solid yellow. Solid green. Then five red flashes. Repeat.

    No idea what to do next. Watched all the videos... am an electrical engineer so fairly technically savvy.

    Any guidance would be helpful.
