    Thanks for posting this. In short you can do steps 1 and 2 now. We have a video on our YouTube channel on user management.

    For 3, we are working on implementing this now. When we originally set up the Tailwind system it only allowed for admin users and guest / sub-users. As the popularity of the system grew very quickly among families, we realized this was a limitation as it would not permit scenarios such as Family A has a Tailwind at their home, and Family B has a Tailwind at their home. Family A wants to grant access to Family B, and Family B wants to grant access to Family A.

    We are updating the back end systems and the mobile apps to remove this limitation within about 6 weeks - hopefully less. 

    Tailwind is much more complex than doing something like simply sharing access to a camera with other users, so there is a lot of testing that needs to be done before releasing this particular update.

    The short answer is - 1 and 2 you can do now. 3 is coming soon.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I have no problem with 1) and 2) with one device. It's only with the multiple family scenario you outlined very well this becomes a problem. I can appreciate the complexity of implementing such a feature and am happy to wait. Looking forward to it! Thanks for the great support.

    Has this feature been implemented yet? We are interested in purchasing a few Tailwinds and have a similar need. Here is the scenario:

    We will have two families with two separate Tailwind devices/accounts. Our family would like to share access to open each others garages from the app.

    Is this possible?
