If your WiF name and password did not change your Tailwind product should just connect automatically. You might need to cycle the power to it.
If you changed either the name or password, or it just isn't going online please do the following:
Open the Tailwind app on your smartphone. Tap the "Devices" tab at the bottom of the screen. Then tap on your device to get to the "Device Settings" screen. Then tap "WiFi settings" and follow the prompts. You will need access to your Tailwind product to do this. When asked to press the reset or the config button, please press and release the button. DO NOT press and hold it.
NOTE: Sometimes when people change their router they don't realize that the wifi signal no longer reaches the garage effectively. Please watch for that as well.
