Tailwind not available on Apple Watch

Tailwind is missing on my Apple Watch after I mistakenly deleted it. Short Cuts work, but I would like to use Tailwind as a complication. It has been a while, but trying to  download the app to re-install, gave me a notice that I have already done it once and can't again.

What is the best way to move forward so that I have the app on my phone and available for my watch to install as well?

  Hi David,

  In order to make Tailwind work for customers when they ONLY have their Apple Watch with them (SIM card versions), the Tailwind app on the watch is completely separate. Please visit the app store on your watch, not your phone and you'll see "Tailwind Watch" available for download.
