    Yep same exact issue for me on new install. iPhone 16 pro. iOS 26.5.2 (23F84)
    I have tried toggling Bluetooth on and off. I think it’s an issue with the tailwind app not asking for permission to access Bluetooth devices from iOS. It doesn’t show up in the list of apps using Bluetooth in the iOS settings>bluetooth privacy menu.

    iPhone 14 popped up and asked about Bluetooth device sharing or access when I tried on that device. Sounds like a phone model or iOS software issue has just been introduced.

    Looks like a tailwind app update just got released to address this issue 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 in less than 24 HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL REPORT 💪

    The app update fixed my problem. Restarted setup and went right through.
