Undergound door auto open function

Hey,

I installed the IQ3, and it is a really easy installation and it worked right away.
My only problem is that the garage door is in an underground parking with garages.
So the location on my phone doesn't work, as well as I loose the mobile network.
Still the Tailwind device is connected to WiFi and can scan the Bluetooth devices.
Is there a way the auto open/close function to work for me.

  Hi Ivan,

  I would recommend increasing the distance of the auto-open so it sends the command before you go underground and you lose GPS and mobile network connectivity.
