Question re/vehicle sensor
So I have a double door and a single door. Behind the double door are my two cars, behind the single door is a motorcycle. Only one of the cars has bluetooth. I want the correct door to open automatically for each vehicle. I am the only driver of all three vehicles. If I get two vehicle sensors, for the non-bt car and the motorcycle, can I configure the app to open the right door even tho it's the same phone connecting to each of the sensors (and the car w/bt)? Or does it have to be a unique phone connecting to each sensor for it to operate correctly?
(BTW while the installation took a bit, the controller has been working perfectly on both doors, both w/SmartThings and w/my Amazon Echos. Nice work!)

Hi Greg,
I am assuming you have an Android phone based on your comments.
Ever user (your or anyone you share access with) sets up any number of vehicles they wish, and defines how each vehicle should work. So it's a piece of cake for you to set up the motorcycle vehicle sensor, the other vehicle sensor, and your vehicle with bluetooth to do whatever you want. You just configure them to operate the door you want and the distances.
We have a YouTube video on our channel showing how to configure vehicles. You can configure as many as you like for each user.

Cool, thanks. Yes, android phone. Which, by the way, does not always work at opening the door as I approach - in fact, it has only opened automatically twice out of maybe 10 times I've arrived home. Ideas? I've got all the permissions enabled, background data usage allowed, and unlimited battery access. Not sure what else to do.

Hi Greg,
The next time you arrive home and the auto-open does not work, please do not open the door by any other method until after you do the following so we can diagnose this for you. Auto-open uses a lot of technologies and algorithms combined, so this is the best way for us to determine what's going on.
Arrive home
Door does not open
Wait 60 seconds and do not open the door
Launch the Tailwind app and tap the top left corner to get to the main menu
Tap "send bug report". Choose "I arrived home a moment ago and the door did not open".
Send the bug report and make sure you get the confirmation screen. If you don't get the confirmation screen please send it again so you get the confirmation screen.
After you send it, please email support@gotailwind.com and let them know you sent a bug report regarding auto-open, and that Scott said to send it.
You can go ahead and open the door at this point because we should have the necessary data in the report to help you.
