Red light blinking and won’t reset

I unplugged the power and plugged it in. Used a paper clip to reset. I’m not holding it in. The red does not change color. Please help

  Please try swapping the power supply for a different one. Any mobile phone charger with a microUSB connector and a rating of 2A or higher is fine. I know that sounds weird given that it has power, but I strongly suspect this will fix the problem.
