According to Google's website, a Google Home Premium subscription is required for that https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9691801?hl=en-CA

"With a Google Home Premium subscription, you can also check activity from compatible third-party devices such as lights, appliances, and media devices."

Our server reports the door status updates to Google's servers. If it didn't the door status would not update in the Google Home app. But it seems they have opted for a subscription model to show you the history.

We offer it for free - as usual.

Hi Scott, thanks for the reply. I do have a subscription which is “ Google Home Premium Advanced” but I only see one activity logged which is right after I add link my Tailwind account with Google Home. The activity says “Unlocked - Garage Door 1”. Unfortunately, no other activities are logged (ex door opening or closing). I’ve also tried delinking my Tailwind account to Google Home but no luck.

    Hi Seth,

If the Google Home app is showing the correct status of the door as you open / close it using various methods, then our server is sending door status updates to Google. They decide what to show in their "activity" tab.

If you find an answer please let me know.
