IQ3, garage door locked problem

Can not unlock garage door with app. Have tried all fixes suggested on web site,

restarted the controller, open and closed the door, etc, but did not fix problem.

I have a LiftMaster Elite. when I use the LiftMaster app to open or close the door, I get a notification on the Tailwind app. so I know the controller is communication with the opener.

I sometimes get a white flashing light on the controller with I try to open or close the door.

I can not find any reference to white flashing light.

will return controller if not resolved.

sent request to support several days ago and no answer.

HI Michael,

It seems you didn't receive my reply on the tech support email thread you have going. I asked if you could please send a picture showing how you connected your Tailwind system to your garage door opener but I didn't get any reply.

You mentioned that you are using the Liftmaster app. That could mean you have a garage door opener with a round yellow learn button, or you have a MyQ wall control that enables an older opener to work with the MyQ app. Chamberlain works hard to make sure other systems won't work with their solutions, so you may require an adaptor to make it compatible. This is stated on our website.
