Dead device
I was a deserter who left Tailwind's service after the CA certificate fiasco had my garage offline for days back in the late fall. Scott, your competition is terrible, I've found, so I decided to fire up my Tailwind unit. I get the firmware update required message.
I'm thinking, oh great, CA certificate issue is fixed finally. Try to install the update...nope. No communication going anywhere that I can tell. It's on my network, but that's about it. Reading through the posts here, looks like an update was pushed along with a "'no later than" date of some time ago and those of us who failed to comply now have dead devices. The email with such info would've gone to the email address associated with my account, which in this case is no longer active, so I missed that, but does that pretty much sound like what's going on here, Scott?
I submitted a ticket yesterday, FWIW, if you want to respond there. Just looking to get this thing back online. Thanks!
