Getting response from Tail wind order status
I have placed my order on 25th Jan and CC was charged that day. Shipping label has been created on 31st but no updates after that. No response to my email. There is no phone number to call.

Hi Arun,
We use a special courier service to get shipments from Canada to a forwarding facility in the USA. This gets shipments to the USA delivered faster (Canada Post takes about 3-4 weeks!!!) and allows us to take care of the import tax for you (which is quite substantial these days). The USPS labels get created before they leave Canada, so there is a lag between when the label notice goes out and when it gets into the USPS tracking system.
