Car sensor not working

For quite a while now my sensor has not been working. I tried changing the battery and the light went on for a little while but now it won’t come on anymore so I don’t know what’s wrong with the sensor. The battery still has plenty of voltage in it but I tried the diagnostic tool and it won’t even track , doesn’t show how many feet I’m going with speed anything so I suspect at the sensor is in-op. Can I have a new one sent out unless you have some way to fix this.

  Hi David,

  Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the vehicle sensor. Please note that when you check battery voltage with a meter you need to do it while it is powering the sensor. If you check the battery voltage with a meter without a load on the battery it can still show nearly full voltage but be significantly discharged. Do you have another battery you can try?
