Service not working

Installing opener and was trying to update firmware. Nothing..... Went to check FAQ on website and saw this:  "NOTICE: Last Updated December 5th at 7:45pm EST - Service temporarily down. Please hang in there. We're on it!"

So I'm stuck I guess.  Does this mean if the system goes down I cannot use tailwind to open my garage door?

Its now 9:15pm EST and I'm still stuck.

  Service has been restored, but the firmware update feature is still not working. Should hopefully have that fixed tomorrow.

  10pm EST and still stuck.

  Those who have already installed "Tailwind" is your service working? GeoFencing" function ?

  Hi ksiq,
  Unfortunately when the web service is down it goes down for all of us...
  Keep an eye on the thread pinned in the using tailwind section for updates.
