  So do I. Equally disappointed, actually getting quite annoyed now. It took me some effort to track down where I could buy and iQ3 and ship to Australia and I am rewarded with a product that doesn't work. I wish I found out about the Shelly1 before Tailwind. I'd have installed that for $30 and got a far more reliable product.
