Service being down is one thing, no communication and/ updates is another. Disappointed in both right now.

I'm sorry you didn't receive our communications Peter and Cain. We issued the following communications
1) Sent a service disruption message through the app2) Posted a service disruption banner at the top of our support page
3) Posted a service disruption post in the "Using Tailwind" section of our support site.
4) Sent an update on the service disruption message through the app
5) Posted updates to the service disruption in the "Using Tailwind" section of our support site.
