Disable Delay In Closing

Would love to have the garage door close immediately when activating close through Tailwind. Similar action of closing like my Homelink system. I can see the light flash but it takes 5-6 seconds before the door actually starts closing. Not sure if the delay is a requirement or not.

  Hi David,

  Unfortunately we cannot do that. We are required by law to have that warning for a minimum of 5 seconds.

  Thanks for the quick response. I figured it was a law since the MyQ unit also has the delay. Thank you
