Garage door not closing with app
I can open my garage door fine with the app but when I try to close with the app it shows the garage door closing but then changes back to open. When I try again it does the same thing and then tells me I'm locked out. I can hear the beeping from the Tailwind module when I attempt to close but then nothing happens.

What kind of garage door opener do you have?

Please try tapping on the gear icon to the right of the garage door icon in the Tailwind app.
Set the number of pulses to 1 for both open and close.
Try adjusting the pulse time for the close pulse to something like 300mS. If that doesn't work you can adjust it anywhere from 100mS up to about 1000mS. You can set it much higher, but anything in this range should work. The 100mS may be a bit too fast.
