Door Close Issues if Not Using Tailwind

After install the tailwind devise works great. However, if I use the wall mounted button or the visor mounted transmitters the door won’t close until I try it twice.

  HI Austin,

  I'm not sure what the trouble could be as there isn't anything in the Tailwind system that disables or causes other controls to stop functioning or change their function.

  One test you could do is simply unplug the Tailwind control cable from port 1 on the Tailwind controller and then test your door again. If the issue persists with the controller unplugged, you have confirmed it is not due to Tailwind. If you unplug the controller and the issue goes away, then plug the controller back in and the problem returns, that would be very strange to say the least.
