Can you provide what the last update was? Also maybe make it easier to find if it is posted out somewhere.

  We are behind on this one. Need to implement it still. Sorry about that.

  Last update was from V8.70 to V8.82. Major changes were to prevent the device from getting stuck offline in cases of network issues. It essentially does almost a full hard reboot if it is disconnected from our server for too long.
