Thank you for reaching out to me in this very busy time for you. I'm glad to know, that for reasons you explained to me, it was impossible to send out an email to owners. I was very frustrated when I wrote my post and I apologize for my choice of words. I hope Tailwind develops a redundancy that will prevent the inability to provide it's owners with important updates regarding the status of the user interface.

Thanks Bob. If we ever change systems for sending email blasts out to users again I will ask the team to try and keep the existing system online until the new one is fully operational!
