Is tailwind is down again??

My tailwind is down again. Internet signal is good. Controller light is yellow. App is saying  " seems garage door opener is offline" .  What is my next step??

  I checked your account. It appears that it did not upload anything to our server since the outage last week, which possibly means that it didn't come back online since the outage. I'm not 100% sure. Please let me know if you have used it since last Friday morning.

  We had a small number of controllers that didn't automatically go back online by themselves after the service interruption. We are gong to push out a firmware update in the future to attempt to address that.

  In the meantime, please unplug the Tailwind controller from power (if it is difficult to reach you can also turn off the circuit breaker). Wait at least 5 seconds and then power it back on. This should get it back online.
