My auto open/close stopped working and in my frustration to get it going again, I clicked on the pulse option. Now I can’t turn it off. I don’t know what it means and I can’t find any information in the search to help me. It appeared it quit working due to an IOS update. I did get it working but now the door only opens about 6 inches. I am assuming it has something to do with the pulse. Any help?

  Sonya,

  This video describes the pulse settings. The default setting is 1500mS FYI, so if you want to put it back to the default pulse setting, just change it to 1500mS.
