When I ask Siri to open the door the door opens but on the way up the tailwind alarm goes off and the door stops short of fully open. Then after a few seconds closes. All other open and close features work ok

  Lee,

  We checked the logs. It appears you have 2 commands set up on the one Siri Shortcut. It's configured to open, and then close the door. Please delete the Siri shortcut and then configure it to do only one action (open or close) the door.
