    Please send an email to so we can troubleshoot and arrange a replacement if necessary.

    We have heard of people discovering problems with their outlets (everything from plugs being loose to tripped breakers and misbehaving smart plugs).

    Please try using a standard phone / tablet charger to power the control module and see if the green LED on the side lights up.
