Power
My tailwind was working flawlessly but suddenly the power stopped working (no light turning on). We’ve checked the power source and it seems to be functional. Please advise.

Please send an email to support@gotailwind.com so we can troubleshoot and arrange a replacement if necessary.
We have heard of people discovering problems with their outlets (everything from plugs being loose to tripped breakers and misbehaving smart plugs).
Please try using a standard phone / tablet charger to power the control module and see if the green LED on the side lights up.
