Garage showing wrong door status

I have two doors connected to my new iq3. The first door shows open status regardless of whether the door is open or not, almost like it's not reading the sensor. When I try to close the door with the app, it says 'it seems the garage door opener is offline' and then locks out the garage door. Opening and closing the door manually does not erase the lock out.

  Patrick,

  Sorry for my late reply on this. I missed your post. This sounds like the gap between the sensor and the magnet should be reduced. Also, please be sure to check for an app update. We did introduce a connectivity bug in the previous update and we scrambled to fix it quickly - so please make sure your app is up to date.
