Doors don't open/close

Everything with the app works as it should, except one MAJOR deal...the flippin doors don't open or close.  the app tells me when the doors have been opened/closed (manually, or with garage door opener) but doesn't actually operate the opener.  I have an Overhead Door Legacy opener, which supposedly is compatible....please advise.  I have contacted support three times, with no reponse.  thanks!

  I have the same issue. We have the Overhead Legacy 850 garage door opener, and the garage door is not opening or closing with the app. We followed all instructions for setup. Please assist.
