Having difficulty with new Tailwind App
Hello Team,
The tailwind APP was updated a few weeks ago. I had followed the instructions to send the enhanced option to my wife. When she got the update, the APP stopped working for her.
I then deleted the APP from her iPhone and have tried several times to re-install the APP and then resending the Tailwind email for linkage. After a week of trying I have been unable to reinstall the APP on her phone with a connection to our home Tailwind sensor.
What else can I try to get this straightened out?

Sorry you're having trouble.
Did you delete her as a guest user so you are no longer sharing the device with her, and then re-share it? Please make sure you both have the latest version of the app on your phones by visiting the Google Play Store or Apple App store. We did just push out updated apps but that should not have any influence on the issues you're describing.
Is she able to log into the Tailwind app ok? I'm assuming she is able to log in, but she doesn't see any devices listed? Did she swipe down to refresh the screen?
