Won't Connect to WiFi

It can happen that a WiFi router will deny access to a device. If unplugging the Tailwind controller, waiting about 5 seconds, and plugging it back in does not result in a green status light on the controller (online), restarting your router could fix the issue. I had a similar issue with an Epson printer last year. My WiFi router would not play nice with it. It seemed like every day or two the printer would go offline and restarting the printer did nothing to help. I had to restart the router to get the printer back online again.

Eventually I got so fed up with the router doing that I bought the Google WiFi mesh system and haven't had a single problem with any of my wireless devices since.

It started working again after unplugging it and plugging it back in a couple of times.  The light turned green.

I’m having the same problem but I’ve unplugged it around ten times and it still won’t connect

Also try deleting the device and readding it.  Not sure if that was part of what got it working for me, but I did that as well.

Have you tried resetting the router also? Sometimes a portion of my devices will work, while others will throw an 'invalid credentials' error.  In those scenarios I've found resetting the router (and any other extenders) will address the issue.
