3 doors.. 2 openers
I have 3 garage doors, but only 2 openers.. The third stall is for the lawnmower and other yard equipment and is opened manually.
Is it possible to use another door sensor to just provide the status of the 3rd door within the APP? In case someone forgets to shut it?

You can do this now. Just don't send open / close commands to that door because obviously nothing will happen. The app will send you notifications for that door if you simply update your controller configuration to 3 doors and put a sensor on it :)
The only caveat is Night Mode if it is turned on. Night Mode will try to close that door, and when it doesn't close, you'll get a notification about that. But that will only happen once after the door has been opened / closed manually and you can just ignore the message.
