Searching for Tailwind devices...
I have all the Tailwind hardware installed on 2 garage doors. When I try to sign in on the app as a new user, I can only get as "Searching for Tailwind devices..." and the app does not find the Tailwind Module.
I am thinking that if I can reset the module, perhaps it will then find the Tailwind device? Does anyone know the solution to my app not installing - or perhaps the process to reset the module?

Please shoot us an email at support@gotailwind.com and we can walk you through the process.
In short, you should press the reset button on the controller. This will start the light flashing blue. Once it is flashing blue, you open the app and tap the "new user click here" option and then follow the prompts. You do need to make sure the Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings, and you should make sure your phone is connected to your home WiFi 2.4 GHz network.
