Auto-close setting

My door suddenly decided it has to close after about 2 minutes. I've never turned this feature on, but now I have to turn it off because we are doing a lot of projects and go through the garage quite frequently. Where is this setting?

  It is tied to the "door left open" notification. So if you go to "My Notifications" you'll see an optional "close door" checkbox below "Notify me if the door is left open". Uncheck that box.
  
  Please note we are having a service outage at the moment so you won't be able to fix it now. We will send a push notification to all users when it is fixed. I am also keeping the community updated with posts pinned to the top of the community forum, and the banner across the top of the support page shows current system status.

  I can't find it either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I use Tailwind on a sliding gate opener, not garage door
  
  recently, the same thing happened to me, my gate controller (at least I believe it was the gate controller, till I figured out it was tailwind) started to beep at me when I cover the electric eye while taking out the trash.
  
  now I realize that it was tailwind attempting to auto close the "door"
  
  today it nearly killed me since my gate started moving while I was working behind it maintaining the gate opener
  
  however, when I looked the notifications in the app, indeed the "notify me if any doors are left open" is "on" but the "close any doors that are left open" is NOT turned on!
  
  how do I disable this auto close when the "close any door that are left open" is off???
