Sorry about that. Please consider trying the beta version of our app if you are using an Android phone. Recent Android OS updates have been causing some issues. You can get the beta version by searching "Tailwind Garage" on the Google Playstore. When you find our app tap the "info" button and you'll see the option for the beta there. We will be releasing an updated Android app as soon as possible. The current beta version may solve the issues you're having. Also, to fix the notifications not being received please try logging out of the app and logging back in. Generally either a logout / login or a simple restart on the Tailwind controller will fix notification issues assuming you're running the latest firmware, which you are. You can restart the Tailwind controller right from the app in case you weren't aware of this option. If you tap the top left corner to get to the "My Devices" screen and then tap the gear icon to the right of your device you'll see a button to restart it. I know you already did a restart - just letting you know this convenient method exists in case you were getting up on a ladder to restart it.Comment actions
