Far Tailwind is definitely compatible with iOS 18. I'm not sure why it would have disappeared from your Apple Home app but there are plenty of threads online talking about many different devices disappearing from Apple Home long before iOS 18. You can do a HomeKit reset on your Tailwind controller by following the instructions our system emailed you when you set up your Tailwind system. That will reset things on our side but if something is not right within Apple Home you'll have to try some fixes recommended by Apple.

Yes, in iOS 18 Apple deprecated the type of widget we were using. We are updating to the newer style widget and will release an app update soon, but you'll have to re-configure the widget because it is a new type of widget. If you Google "ios 18 widgets missing" you'll find many threads about tons of widgets gone missing in iOS 18.

I have done everything I can think of for Tailwind to be online. So far nothing has worked. Is there an issue with iOS 18?

Tailwind is not compatible with iOS 18. Since installing iOS 18, Tailwind disappeared from my HomeKit, and its widget disappeared from my Home Screen, and I could not bring it back. I hope they soon give out a patch to fix this.
