Notifications intermittent

Intermittently no notification that the door is closed or open. Doesn’t matter if I use the hard wire button, the app, auto open, Alexa app, HomeKit, SmartThings, or Siri. This just started about a month or two ago. Up till then everything worked as normal. Using iPhone 12 on iOS 16.6 since installation. I feel that I can’t trust weather the door is open or closed at times, I actually have to go look for sure.

  Sorry about that. This is a known issue affecting some users and it appeared after a recent server update. We have a new firmware update in the final stages of testing. Once it rolls out that problem will be resolved. If you contact us at support@gotailwind.com we can make the firmware update available to you immediately. We just need to know what email address you used for your Tailwind account.
