    Sorry about that. This is a known issue affecting some users and it appeared after a recent server update. We have a new firmware update in the final stages of testing. Once it rolls out that problem will be resolved. If you contact us at support@gotailwind.com we can make the firmware update available to you immediately. We just need to know what email address you used for your Tailwind account.
