Can not get the Bluetooth sensors to work with the app/device. I have followed the troubleshooting guides. I have traveled miles away from the house and they are pretty much useless. I would just use the phones and send the sensors back but my wife uses an iPhone so that's not an option

  Hi Hurell,

  Are you trying to use the vehicle sensors with an Android phone? I suggest having your wife use them with her iPhone and you just set up your vehicle bluetooth to work with your Android. There is currently a bug in the Android app that is causing issues when using the Android app with the vehicle sensors. Our team is working on it. Fortunately most Android users set up their Tailwind auto-open using their vehicle bluetooth, so this issue is only affecting a relatively small number of users.

  We hope to have that fixed shortly.

  Were you able to turn the sensor on (you will see for some seconds a blinking red LED)? Did you turn the sensor off (you wud see a solid red LED for a few seconds before shutoff)? Is the phone finding the sensor (when you hit the icon to add a vehicle is the name of the sensor displayed)? Please supply details re what steps you have taken and what observation/results you have witnessed.
