Problems with Alexa operation

No other reports of problems Alex. My suggestion would be to delete / disable the Tailwind skills in Alexa and delete the integration in the Tailwind app. Then add it back in the Tailwind app and then add back in Alexa again.

Hi Alex,
Our shopping website is run by Shopify. Our support site is run by Zendesk. Those systems are not linked to the Tailwind app, which is run by us. Please use the phone app to reset your credentials if needed. You have to use whatever email / password you use with the Tailwind smartphone app. You can request a password reset by logging out of the app. Then go to log back in as an existing user. You'll see "forgot password". Tap that and enter whatever email address you used to create your account.
