System outage? 7/27/23
Have been having issues with Tailwind all morning of 7/27/23
APP isn't opening or closing at all.
Internet is working and green light is on the tailwind. However both doors will not respond to the APP when trying to open or close. When I first open the app it says "it appears you're offline" but then reverts back to normal as if I obtained a connection.

Please check now. There was an intermittent glitch in one of our services that appeared to be affecting some shared access users that was resolved.

I noticed a similar issue. However, if my phone is on Wi-Fi it works. If I'm on my mobile data (Verizon here) not working. Not sure if it is Wi-Fi in general or IF you have to be on the same network as your tailwind, I haven't gone anywhere and connected to another wifi not at home to test.
